The highlight of the event was a series of exercises in which the organization having been broken into six teams were faced with the challenge of not only completing the respective tasks, but also to finish ahead of the other competing teams. The programme was designed to both reinforcing a sense of camaraderie among the employees and also to encourage the development of ideas to approach each tasks successfully and in a more meaningful manner.
