Chevron Family Day
The foundations of a productive workforce begin at home. We believe that family support play an integral part in the life of every employee. With this in mind, we dedicate a special day on our annual calendar of events especially for the families of our employees. The Chevron Family Day hosted under a different setting each year affords an opportunity for the families to network and share in the achievements of the organization. A highlight of the event is the presentation of Annual Performance Awards and Service Awards .High flyers and long serving employees recognized during the year are recognized and rewarded in the presence of their loved ones. The event marks the end of our performance year and is the ‘Chevron Way’ of saying ‘Thank You’ to the many sacrifices that families make to ensure that their family member stays focused on the job.
