Chevron Family Day

The Chevron Family Day hosted under a different setting each year affords an opportunity for the families to network and share in the achievements of the organization. Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC is home to professionals representing a diverse number of disciplines such as marketing, sales, technology, finance and supply chain. Chevron’s 70-20-10 rule emphasizes that 70% of employee development is on the job, gaining exposure to actual business situations.
