Chevron felicitates female-owned and operated Caltex authorized dealers and exclusive service stations on account of International Women’s Day 2025

Chevron Lubricants Lanka PLC marked International Women’s Day by advancing its Caltex Abhimani initiative, reaffirming support for women in the automotive sector. A special knowledge-sharing session was held for female-run Caltex dealerships and Xpress Lube stations, enhancing their technical skills and customer engagement. As part of the initiative, participants, who make up nearly 15% of Chevron’s dealer network, were also provided a one-year comprehensive health insurance package. Senior leaders from Chevron emphasized the company’s commitment to gender equity, education, and healthcare access. Through Caltex Abhimani and its extensive retail presence, Chevron promotes diversity, inclusion, and empowerment in Sri Lanka’s automotive industry.
